Overall Job Responsibilities:
Incoming material inspection as per specification.
Review WPSs (Welding Procedure Specifications).
Review PQRs (Procedure Qualification Records).
Conduct Hydrostatic Test by Co-ordination with TPI.
Coordination with 3rd party Inspection agency for Inspection and maintaining their visit and bill record.
Maintaining the Record of QA/QC Document and Drawings.
Daily stage Inspection of Fabricated Material.
Outgoing/ Finished Material Inspection.
Internship
1 months internship in Heavy Mechanical Complex (HMC), Taxila in following departments.
1. Heat Treatment
2. Mechanical Testing
3. NDT Lab
4. Casting Department
